ECHS ने लाभार्थियों के लिए Pvt अस्पतालों/संगठनों में इलाज के लिए Doctor’s Fees और अन्य शुल्कों में संशोधन किया है। ECHS केंद्रीय संगठन ने संशोधित दर के संबंध में निर्देश प्रकाशित किया है जो अप्रैल 2023 से प्रभावी है।
ECHS लाभार्थी सूचीबद्ध अस्पतालों में CGHS/ECHS दर पर भुगतान पर निजी डॉक्टरों के परामर्श की सुविधा का लाभ उठा सकते हैं। किसी भी चिकित्सक को ऐसे परामर्श की दर 150/- रुपये थी जिसे संशोधित कर इस पत्र में नई दर का वर्णन किया गया है।

- A copy of GOI, MoH&FW letter No Z15025/28/2022/DIR/CGHS dated 12 Apr 2023 is fwd herewith.
- The revised rates for Consultation Fee, Room Rent & ICU Charges promulgated by CGHS will be applicable for ECHS as well wef 12th Apr 2023 onwards till further orders.
- Kindly instruct all stakeholders in your AOR to follow the orders with immediate effect.

Subject: Revision of Consultation Fee, Room Rent and ICU charges for All Health Care Organizations (HCOs) empanelled under CGMS

I am directed to convey the revision of the charges for Consultation fee. Intensive Care Unit and Room rent reimbursable in respect of treatment rendered to C(il IS beneficiaries in all 11(.0; empanelled under CGHS. The revised rates in respect for the aforementioned items arc as under:
a) Consultation fee – OPD Consultation Rs. 350 /-
IPD Consultation Rs. 350/-
(For both NABH and Non-NABH accredited HCOs)
b) ICU Charges — Rs 5400/- for all categories of ward entitlement
(General Ward/Semi-private ward /Private ward)
(For non-NABH accredited hospitals the charges shall be 15% less)
ICU charges are inclusive of Room Rent.
c) Room Rent –
General ward Rs.1500/-
Semi-private ward Rs.3000/-
Private ward Rs. 4500/-
(For both NABH and Non-NABH accredited HCOs)
The other terms and conditions of empanelment shall remain unchanged.
These revised rates shall be applicable from the date of issue and shall be valid till further orders.
This issues with the approval of Competent Authority and concurrence of Integrated Finance Di% ision . Ministry of H&FW vide CD No.3419 dated 27.03.2023.
