Now detailed process of Online Booking any items of CSD :
Step – I : Login to the CSD AFD Portal at https://afd.csdindia.gov.in
Step – II: Choose your item and dealer.
Step – III : Book your item and wait for sanction
Step-IV – once you get sanction msg, pay the amount as per instructions available in CSD Official website.
Step – V : Collect/receive the demand letter.
Step – VI : Contact to the dealer and collect your item producing the sanction and demand letter.

How to make payment for purchase of AFD items through official website of CSD portal?

Payment Gateway integrated with AFD CSD Portal supports following modes of Payment as of now :-
- Credit/Debit Card
- Net Banking
- UPI
- Bank Transfer
In case you choose Bank Transfer mode, you need to download the e-challan generated by the Payment Gateway which will be mentioning the virtual Account number, IFSC code and the exact amount to be deposited by NEFT or RTGS.
Virtual Account Number generated in e-challan is a 16 digit account number with first 9 digits remaining same as 222333154xxxxxxx and IFSC Code must be confirmed from the official website of CSD. (Please confirm before payment from official website of CSD)
अब ई-चालान का प्रिंट आउट लें और बैंक से ई-चालान पर उल्लिखित विवरण के अनुसार एनईएफटी या आरटीजीएस करने का अनुरोध करें। यह सुनिश्चित किया जाना चाहिए कि प्रत्येक ई-चालान भुगतान केवल एक लेन-देन के लिए मान्य है और यदि प्रेषित राशि ई-चालान पर उल्लिखित राशि के अनुसार नहीं है, तो भुगतान गेटवे उस लेनदेन को अस्वीकार कर देगा और आपको अपने बैंक खाते में धनवापसी के भीतर वापस मिल जाएगा। निर्धारित अवधि।

लाभार्थी को CSD HO बैंक खाते में किए गए ऋण भुगतान का UTR विवरण अपलोड करना होगा। और शेष राशि का भुगतान लाभार्थी द्वारा भुगतान गेटवे का उपयोग करके अपने खाते से ऑनलाइन भुगतान करना होगा।
इसी तरह, यदि एएफडी मद की लागत 10 लाख से अधिक है (और भले ही कोई ऋण नहीं लिया गया हो), तो लाभार्थी को भुगतान को 2 ऑनलाइन भुगतानों में विभाजित करने का विकल्प दिया जाएगा ताकि एसबीआई द्वारा निर्धारित अधिकतम राशि की सीमा को पार किया जा सके। नेट बैंकिंग के माध्यम से लेनदेन किया जा सकता है।
जब कोई सीएसडी ग्राहक कोई भी एएफडी आइटम ऑनलाइन खरीदता है, तो उसे अपने बैंक खाते से ही पैसे ट्रांसफर करने होते हैं। गैर-सीएसडी ग्राहकों के बैंक खातों से पैसा ट्रांसफर नहीं करना।
