How to Apply for Buying a residential unit through AWHO

OPTION 1

Obtain Application Form and Master Brochure by Registered post
by Sending Rs 168/- DD/IPO in favour of MD, AWHO payable at Delhi/New Delhi.

OPTION 2

On Cash payment of Rs 112/- from HQ AWHO Office

Take the print out on 8.5″ x 14″ (Legal) size paper.

1. कृपया कानूनी आकार के कागज पर प्रिंटआउट लें। 

2. कृपया सुनिश्चित करें कि आपके डाउनलोड किए गए फॉर्म में पैरा 17 ठीक से प्रिंट किया गया है। कृपया सुनिश्चित करें कि आवेदक @ पैरा 23 की तस्वीर और हस्ताक्षर निम्नलिखित द्वारा सत्यापित किए गए हैं: सभी सेवारत कार्मिक: कमांडिंग ऑफिसर और पूर्व सैनिक, अविवाहित घातक हताहतों की विधवाएं और माता-पिता: सचिव, जिला सैनिक, नाविक और वायु सेना बोर्ड या कोई प्रथम श्रेणी राजपत्रित अधिकारी क्षेत्र मुख्यालय / उप क्षेत्र मुख्यालय / स्टेशन मुख्यालय या उस जिले के उप मंडल मजिस्ट्रेट द्वारा जिसमें आवेदक निवासी है। 

3. ऊपर उल्लिखित प्राधिकारी द्वारा सत्यापित प्रस्तुत किए जाने वाले दस्तावेज़:  निर्मुक्ति/सेवानिवृत्ति आदेश की प्रति (सेवानिवृत्त/सेवानिवृत्त कर्मियों के मामले में)  पेंशन भुगतान आदेश की प्रति (सेवानिवृत्त कर्मियों, विधवाओं और अविवाहित घातक हताहतों के माता-पिता के मामले में) मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र की प्रति (विधवाओं और अविवाहित घातक दुर्घटनाओं के माता-पिता के मामले में)  AWHO से फ्लैटों की खरीद के संबंध में आपके मन में महत्वपूर्ण प्रश्न

Q 1:How can I find out regarding AWHO rules & policies? How can one get the Application Form AH-30/Master Brochure?

A: Master brochure containing rules & policies of AWHO isavailable online. Also, you can send Rs.168/- (if applying under AR/SS/TK schemes) “or” Rs. 177/- (Sale/Purchase cases) by Postal Order or DD to obtain Master Brochure containing Application form by registered post or collect locally from Project Director’s office or from HQ AWHO New Delhi on cash payment of Rs.125/- “or“ Rs.132/- (Sale/Purchase cases). Form can also be downloaded from our website www.awhosena.in where applicants will have to remit aforesaid amount extra by demand draft/postal order while sending their applications for the Master Brochure which will be despatched to them later on.
