SPARSH ने नए शुरू किए गए पोर्टल के माध्यम से पेंशन संवितरण प्रणाली की सर्वोत्तम उपयोगिता प्राप्त करने के लिए रक्षा पेंशनभोगियों के लिए समस्या निवारण तंत्र के कई साधन स्थापित किए हैं। रक्षा मंत्रालय ने रक्षा पेंशनभोगियों के लिए सहायता और सहायता प्रणाली के विभिन्न माध्यम शुरू किए हैं।
पूरे देश में स्पर्श सेवा केंद्र
(ए) कुल 983 स्पर्श सेवा केंद्र स्थापित किए गए हैं जिनमें शामिल हैं
एसबीआई, पीएनबी और कोटक महिंद्रा बैंक की कुछ शाखाएं, डीपीडीओ/डीएडी कार्यालय, डीआईएवी/कर्नल
वयोवृद्ध और रिकार्ड कार्यालय। इनका विस्तार किये जाने की प्रक्रिया चल रही है।

Common Service Centres (CSC) for SPARSH
CGDA has concluded an MoU with CSC e-Governance Services India Ltd on 24 Feb 22, with the aim to provide last mile connectivity to Pensioners, specially those who reside in remote areas of the country. CSC has about 4.5 Lakh operational outlets and the applicant/ beneficiary can visit any nearby CSC to enquire/ avail any of the services mentioned below:-
(a) Pensioner Data Verification (PDV).
(b) Annual Identification through Digital or Manual Life Certificate.
(c) Lodging of Grievance.
(d) Registering Service Request.
(e) Providing Information against queries.
(f) Request for initiation of family pension on demise of pensioner.
साइबर कैफे और अन्य लोगों की धोखाधड़ी वाली गतिविधियों से सावधान रहें
स्पर्श संबंधी कार्य के लिए किसी निजी साइबर कैफे में न जाएं। वे आपको विभिन्न तरीकों से धोखा दे सकते हैं। इस संबंध में कई मामले सामने आए हैं। हालांकि यह भी बताया गया है कि पूरी पेंशन साइबर कैफे मालिक के बैंक खाते में ले ली गई है।
कुछ घोटालेबाजों/जालसाज़ों ने पेंशनभोगियों से स्पर्श पर विवरण अपडेट करने के लिए कहकर उनका व्यक्तिगत और बैंकिंग डेटा चुराने के लिए ‘फ़िशिंग’ वेबसाइटें बनाई होंगी। संदेश में एक लिंक होगा जहां वे आपको एनओके आधार और पैन विवरण सहित प्रोफ़ाइल विवरण अपडेट करने के लिए कहेंगे। कृपया ऐसे किसी भी लिंक पर क्लिक न करें। पीसीडीए द्वारा डेटा का सभी स्पर्श अद्यतनीकरण सीधे बैंकों और रिकॉर्ड कार्यालयों से होता है। पेंशनभोगियों से कभी भी सीधे एसएमएस या ई-मेल के जरिए ऐसी जानकारी नहीं मांगी जाती। इसके अलावा, पेंशनभोगी पोर्टल के लिए एकमात्र लिंक www.sparsh.defencepension.gov.in है। बाकी सब फर्जी हैं.
